The Kalbar Show Grounds make a great venue for all sorts of events – meetings of special interest groups, horse/cattle/poultry & other animal events as well as weddings /wakes/ birthdays/ Christmas parties/ other family functions. Our catering team is highly experienced and produce fantastic food for your enjoyment for up to 200 people. There is a range of mail meal menu options which basically covers a hot food option and cold food option – @ $28-$30pp, including roast meats, veges, hot and cold desserts or cold meat and salads platters and desserts. We can also include nibblies etc. We can also quote on a specific menu if that’s what you have in mind. Morning and afternoon teas and finger foods are available from as little as $6 per head. The site offers easy access and is centrally located in the Fassifern.
